This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) describes what data is collected when visiting the bzerpinskiy.ru website (hereinafter — the Site), for what purpose and on what legal basis.
The Site is an informational resource. It does not register users or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers or any other personal information.

2. What data is collected and processed
2.1. Data collected automatically
When visiting the Site, the third-party web-analytics service Yandex.Metrica (Yandex LLC, 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow) automatically records the following technical data:
- the device IP address (in anonymised form);
- browser type and version, operating system;
- the Site pages you visited and the time of the visit;
- the referral source (search engine, direct visit, etc.);
- actions on the Site pages (clicks, scrolling) — via the “Webvisor” feature.
All of the listed data is collected and stored in an anonymised, aggregated form and is used solely for statistical purposes.
2.2. Cookies
The Site uses cookies — small text files stored in the user’s browser. Cookies are used by the Yandex.Metrica service to recognise repeat visits and compile attendance statistics.
You may disable the use of cookies in your browser settings. This will not restrict access to the Site’s content, but visit statistics will no longer be recorded.
2.3. Data the Site does NOT collect
The Site owner does not collect, store or process:
- first names, last names or other identifying data;
- email addresses and phone numbers;
- payment card data and financial information;
- passport data and other documentary information.
3. Legal grounds for data processing
The processing of technical attendance data is carried out on the basis of:
- Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”;
- the legitimate interest of the Site owner in analysing attendance and improving the quality of the content;
- the user’s consent, expressed upon acceptance of this Policy via the cookie banner.
4. Transfer of data to third parties
Technical attendance data is transferred solely to the Yandex.Metrica service under a data-processing agency agreement. Yandex LLC servers are located within the territory of the Russian Federation, which complies with the data-localisation requirements of Art. 18 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
The Site owner acts as the operator of personal data in respect of the technical data transferred to Yandex.Metrica, in accordance with clause 5.4 of the Yandex.Metrica Terms of Use (yandex.ru/legal/metrica_termsofuse).
The data is not transferred to any other third parties, is not sold and is not used for advertising purposes.
5. The “Webvisor” feature
The “Webvisor” feature of the Yandex.Metrica service is enabled on the Site; it records user actions on the pages (mouse movements, clicks, scrolling) in order to analyse navigation usability. The recordings are stored in anonymised form on Yandex LLC servers and are available only to the Site owner.

6. User rights
In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ, you have the right to:
- withdraw consent to data processing — to do so, disable cookies in your browser settings;
- request information about the composition of the data being processed;
- demand that the processing of the data be stopped.

7. Data retention period
The data collected by the Yandex.Metrica service is stored on Yandex LLC servers for the period established by Yandex’s privacy policy (yandex.ru/legal/confidential). Cookies are stored in the user’s browser until deleted by the user or until they expire (usually no longer than 2 years).

9. Nature of the information on the site
